In the popular Indian television series "Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai," Samridhii Shukla has recently taken on the lead role of Aarohi Goenka. This new journey for the character and the actress signifies a fresh chapter in the long-running show, bringing new storylines and dynamics to the forefront. Samridhii Shukla embarked on a new chapter in her acting career by joining the cast of the long-running television series "Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai" in November 2023. She portrays Abhira Sharma Poddar, the daughter of Akshara and Abhinav Sharma. 

In the storyline, Abhira's life intertwines with Armaan Poddar, played by Rohit Purohit. Their relationship faces numerous challenges, including familial opposition and personal dilemmas. A significant plot development occurred when a ritual revealed a devastating truth about Abhira's child, leading her to question her marriage and her bond with the Poddar family. 

The series also took a short leap to showcase the pregnancy journeys of both Abhira and Ruhi, adding depth to their characters and relationships.
